Ever since my childhood, I have been fascinated by forms and materials, which exist in nature in a variety of ways. During my adolescence, my first wood sculptures and wire creations originated in my parents’ garage.

Growing up, I was surrounded by mechanics, metalworkers and casters. Therefore metal processing had a major influence on my life.

Iron and steel became my constant companions. These metals could be shaped freely, take my design and grow more vivid with each step. While making my mark on the material, it was having a positive maturing effect on my personal creativity. I can now see the beauty in the various pieces of metal and bring it to life.
